(March 8, 2018, 5:21 am)Spencer from Bayfield was recommended to me by a realtor friend of mine. So glad we ended up giving him a call. Fantastic experience from top to bottom. I appreciated his very clear and open communication and his willingness to see us after office hours. He really treated us like our business mattered. But my favourite part happened after our refinancing deal was done... he sent a very informative and easy-to-understand document showing us the breakdown of the mortgage and how we could go about saving some interest over time, etc. I would recommend Bayfield to anyone who is looking into a mortgage or a refinancing of their existing mortgage.
