I have recently been contacted by Karen and had a wonderful conversation. Karen was very helpful and offered a lot of advice concerning my lymphedema and how best to proceed. I would absolutely recommend Nightingale to others looking for help and products.

I was told the GM would be calling me to discuss lympedema fittings/measuring for compression. I waited 5 days and then called back, when she spoke to me she seemed very short on patience and temperament, constantly exhaling/sighing deeply. She then said she would look into products for me and call me back. It is now 9 days later. Still waiting. After being diagnosed with cancer and dealing with the shock and frustration, multiple surgeries, constant pain and the unknown, I am deeply appalled by her lack of compassion and professionalism. This is the time when women like me reach out for help and understanding and I am dismayed by this cold, unprofessional behavior. There are other companies that will take the time to listen, teach, and help. Seek them out instead. The alternative is to be treated poorly and left on your own trying to deal with the pain and uncomfortable situation of having lymphedema getting continually worse while you wait for her to reply or offer any assistance/help at all.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They stock all my Foley cathetor supplies. Highly recommended .

I have been dealing with Nightengale for 4 years since my ostomy surgery. They have been amazing with helping me order supplies and with product knowledge. Also helped me get fitted for compression socks. I moved away to the interior but still go through Nightengale for the great service and easy of shopping for my ostomy supplies. Kathy and all the employees are very respectful and accommodating to me and my family.

As a result of breast cancer, my wife had a bilateral mastectomy. Trying to find someone knowledgeable to assist her was very frustrating. Finally a local bra store referred her to Nightingale Medical Supplies in Langley. From the moment we entered and were greeted by Christine and Kathy, we knew we were in the right place. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. True professionals. I gather they are just as knowledgeable about ostomy and continence, compression wear, bracing and supports and scar therapy. If you have any of these needs, I suggest you check them out. I hope you will be as pleased as we were.

I was referred to Nightingale Medical Supplies when I was looking for foundation garments after a bilateral mastectomy. Christine was so knowledgeable, courteous, kind and professional. I was given a correct fitting for my particular sizing and needs. The information she helped me with was of great value to me. Returning for more foundation garments, Kathy assisted me and to my great delight, the same fantastic service was given. As well, through our sharing information, Kathy guided me into pamphlets and vital information that will help me with my special needs both medically and fitness wise.
