I'm not sure why, but the beef burgers here are better than most other locations. They're a touch greasier and have a good umami profile. Staff are friendly and orders are accurate. Lines move at a decent pace even when it's really busy.

I am not terribly fond of fast food but my grandson wanted nuggets so we had burgers too. The order was correct (I said no pickles and there weren't any). The staff was nice and the place was clean.

I was treated to smiling, friendly, dilligently accommodating, speedy service. I really felt good about being there for all the above reasons but also because I had no doubt in my mind that the lady serving me was enjoying the opportunity to serve me well.
I haven't had the Big Breakfast for a long time so I ordered one today and it was quite enjoyable.
