I think the RCMP officers are the ones with more moral values than our government. Therefore, I am going to post my comments here. Some Canadians are all upset about flooding and climate change, and blame it on the climate. The real problem is NOT the climate. The real problem is the people building houses and roads by the rivers and lakes. After pollution control, we are seeing more water evaporation which causes more rainfall and cooler climate. This is the exact opposite of global warming and global drought which happened in the past. Now, the climate is actually doing great! We are seeing killer whales near Vancouver shores and inside harbors. We are seeing deserts turning green and bumper crops around the world.

HOWEVER, CANADIANS AND OTHER PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD NEED TO KNOW NOT TO BUILD YOUR HOUSES AND ROADS NEAR RIVERS AND LAKES. BUILD YOUR STRUCTURES ON HIGHER GROUNDS, AND YOU WILL HAVE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.
