TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Nice staff.
The ATM cannot reliably scan cheques (Big problem for us) and due to this we switched to the new CIBC scanners, which are much more reliable. Also the TD branch has only one ATM (head office could splurge and get one more).
TD head office promotions call my office with urgent messages to call. When I call back it is usually a promotional note. You could do better to fix these nuisance calls from TD. TD web banking is still very good and I think better than CIBC's web services.

Special KUDOs for Elaine.B (the Saturday PT Manager) who went extra miles in finding my lost money at ATM and also Brian.C who filing the report. Thank you for your dedicated service and follow up calls. Great people at the Walnut Grove branch.

Without a doubt, this is the best branch of any bank anywhere - and it is so superior because of the people who work there. I have lived many places, and because I have operated many different businesses, I have a lot of experience with banks and bank branches. If you are moving to the Walnut Grove area of Langley, or if you currently live there and are not 100% happy with your bank branch, may I suggest you take your business here. I am 100% pleased with the service I receive. There is not one thing I could suggest to improve any service at this fabulous branch.
