    Tricia impressed me from our first meeting and session. Tricia inspired me, motivated me, gave me clear and concise instructions that I could easily follow, made me sweat and hurt every day, and she made it an enjoyable experience the whole time. I am totally pleased with my results at this point. ??

    The concept of In-Home Trainer must really be praised.

    It may be expensive for some of us, but it is worth every penny, remember you are paying for your lack of motivation of not working out at all.

    Tricia, our trainer is an excellent program designer and executor. She comes out with great plans and is adaptable to make changes live looking at how we are feeling, but never compromises on the goals already set.

    FEEDBACK to In-Home Trainer:
    Please, equip your trainers with details on health conditions like Type 1 Diabetes, there are athletes who are T1Ds and they share their stories about how they managed to stay in shape and manage their insulin resistance. You have done really great at providing preventive care information on what not to do with exercising for people with other health conditions. But T1Ds needs a little different approach for the changes to visible that happens only after fighting with Insulin resistance.

    Tricia has been absolutely wonderful! As a beginer I was hesitant about taking the first step with a personal trainer. Tricia was friendly, listened to what I was hoping to achieve, and very supportive. Tricia has tailored my work out plans to my abilities. Tricia challenges me a little more each session, and is incredibly encouraging and positive. After a few sessions I'm feeling stronger, and healthier. I look forward to working with Tricia, and would certainly recommend her services!

    I had the opportunity to do a full body workout with Tricia. I have a long history in competitive sports however I have not partaken in any such activities as an adult. I was really amazed with her attention to detail regarding my technique and proper positioning while doing the various exercises that were tailored to my personal health related goals. I felt very comfortable working with her and we even had a few good laughs. She is creative with her equipment and I will be seeking out her expertise again.
