From the quote to the consult to the welcome we received at the plant to review our style of fence, all the way through this team excelled. Tom is a gentleman even if his jokes are corny. Sony and his team surprised us with how hard they worked, and most of all - when one aspect of the job made us scratch our head a little Tom was right there to see the problem through to completion. Our fence is "Rock Solid" and thanks to the speed of service was complete in virtually 2 days, and that made our dogs even give it two thumbs up. We are so glad we chose Big Red and will highly recommend them!

I was impressed with the construction of the fence panels I purchased in comparison to other manufacturers. Great customer service. They were helpful with loading materials and allowed me to return leftover materials.

Great customer service. They do not promise when they cannot deliver. Asked on Thursday to pick up materials and they advised that i could get a limited number of the posts i needed -> show up on Saturday and i could take my whole shipment since their shipment arrived early. Highly recommend these people.
