Over the months of us searching, and changing our minds, they helped us each and every step of the way. They help tracked down the insurance agent, for the townhouse to get the flooring done. They coordinate with the strata, for us. And they even represented us in absentia, when it was impossible for us to be there. -- Incredible!!.. I wish more businesses operated in this manner.

Patty and Mike make a great team. We bought from out of province and they made it soooo much easier than it could have been. They found us the ideal location, way below what was affordable in our budget and accustomed to all of our needs. There were a great deal of complexities with our purchase but they managed all the way through the previous owner's insurance claims to our arrival with erudite advice all the way AND then they still gave us a wonderful perk to say Thank You to us (trust me at the end of that day we ate their fruit basket and wine welcome) - Totally beyond impressed. These guys are the varied ultimate of a dying breed. Probably the last to make realtors worthy. You need a real person who cares about your home? These guys get it. 100%
