Best Western Plus Country Meadows Inn

Some how we forgot to make reservation there. I called and the front desk staff was helpful and booked us a room in 3 min. A bit disappointed because I asked my booking detail to be emailed to me but tbat didn't happen.

Was here for couple days during my visit to Vancouver as it's only about 45 minutes from Vancouver. My checking wasn't as pleasant because I checked in at around 9 pm and when I went into room there were some hairs on bed. I asked to front desk and lady was helpful to replace it immediately. Still bedsheets were not very clean and you could see some dirt. It wasn't too bad though. Room was clean otherwise and no bad noise from air conditioner. Breakfast was okay not very good but some basic stuff. On the second day as well I could see some fallen hair on one bed but since I had 2 beds in room, I didn't complain. Definitely something to improve. Overall I think it was OK stay as staff is helpful.

Rooms are pretty good and they have very friendly staff. Nice place to stay.

Best of the Best Westerns so far in my travels. Very clean pool area, warm pool and great hot tub.
Excellent room...no concerns. Interesting shower backing..impressive not just to use standard plastic. Blake, front office mgmt, was the perfect first impression of the hotel, and was knowledgeable and effective. Very well managed breakfast..Marlene was ensuring everyone got what they need, and a perfect display, even showing the temperature of every hot food item.
Overall, a very impressive hotel, and great staff. This hotel clearly understands the customer. I believe Barry is the regional manager..credit is due I'm sure to his influence.
