Can not be more pleased with my experience with Wagner Heating and air. Tom and his crew could not have been anymore professional . We had furnace, a/c and hot water tank replaced.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. And I do not have any affiliation with this company, just like to give credit where credit is do.

Wagner Heating has been fabolous to work with from the initial phone call, to the quote, to the install of our AC and hot water tank, to the exceptional service we receive post-installation. I contacted several companies to get quotes on a job to replace our old furnace and add AC to our home. The Wagner Heating quote was comparable to other quotes (actually it was $6 cheaper --- but that is insignificant) but they offered a much better furnace and AC unit for the same price. (Wagner offered a Trane heating and cooling system -- better according to Consumer Reports.)

The installation took the better part of a day but the team was very professional and knew what they were doing. I was worried that retrofitting an older home (1982) with AC and a high-efficiency furnace would involve major cosmetic changes to our finished basement. The team was able to work the coolant lines and exhaust pipes to the outside without any visible changes to the basement.

The final price was exactly as quoted.
