Custom Cakes By Lori

Lori made my daughter a beautiful unicorn themed cake for her 7th birthday... The cake tasted wonderful, wasn't too sweet and the buttercream icing was by far the best I've ever tasted. We will definitely be ordering again :)

Lori made me a stunning cake for a launch I had at work. She was able to incorporate all the right brand colours and elements for a wonderful celebration. I had at least half a dozen people ask me where we got the cake from and everyone commented on how delicious it was and went back for seconds! Thanks to Lori for her wonderful work and helping us out in a tight spot when we really needed some last minute help and expertise!

I cannot rave about Cakes by Lori enough!! Her products are edible art! The 2 tier "unicorn" cake she made for us was a show stopper and the star of the party. In seeing how spectacular the cake was, we gave it it's own table, and the kids and parents alike crowded around it taking pictures. The golden horn of the unicorn on the cake shimmered and shined and the icing colours cascading down the cake were mesmerizing. The cake tasted even better than it looked, the frosting had a perfect level of sweetness, balanced with the mouth watering moistness of the cake. We also had Lori make mini cupcakes for us, and they were dainty and delicious. Our party guests were just popping them in their mouths, grinning from ear to ear. I have never seen bakery products that even come close to this quality. If you are looking for outstanding bakery products for a fair price and excellent customer service, look no further. Lori is not just a baker, I cannot praise enough her artistry, I gave a simple email with ideas for our cake and cupcakes, and shortly afterwards, I was emailed back an exquisite drawing in full colour of the designs Lori had come up with. I will never use any other baker than Cakes By Lori in the future. I want to say a very big thank you for Lori, for making my 5 year old a very lucky and very happy birthday girl!

Lori's baked goods are both delicious and gorgeous. She is a true artist and is fantastic to work with when creating the design that you envision. I can't recommend her enough. You can't beat great taste, great value, and great design. Five Stars!

Lori made the most amazing Tardis cake ever for my son's birthday! Not only did it look out of this world but it was the best cake I ever tasted. Sooo good!! Pick up was on time and all in all a great experience. I would use Custom Cakes by Lori again, for sure!
