Was introduced to Lloyd and his team at A-Pro 4 years ago through a mutual contact. Found the entire staff to be friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and competent. They have always gone the extra mile when it was required. These attributes are why years later I continue to bring ALL my vehicle maintenance and repairs to them. Thank you Lloyd to you and your entire team.
Our family has been bringing our vehicles there for years, great ppl, good mechanics, and Courtesy cars !!!????
How hard is it to find a GREAT Mechanic that you can trust? I have been searching for some time since my vehicle exceeded warranty. I was never comfortable with the shop I used. Recently, I needed some repairs done to my GMC Canyon and I asked a good friend who he went to for his auto servicing. The answer was A-Pro Automotive in Langley (5968 205a Street). I called and they were able to get me in the next day.
I met Lloyd the owner and he took my truck for a test drive, and said he "knew what the problem was before he got out of the parking lot." He then proceeded to show me what was loose and explained what the sway bar did. Also he noted that it was a relatively common issue and could easily be fixed while I wait. I also had a problem with my AC controls. Again Lloyd did some digging around in the dashboard and discovered a gear that had slipped off of one of the controls, which he proceeded to show me. Lloyd said he would see what he could do.
In about 1 hour my truck was fixed and I was out the door. AMAZING!!!
This is a 5 Star service and totally transparent explanation of the problems. I am very impressed with Lloyd's work ethic and business acumen. MY recommendation is to take your vehicle there and see for yourself. Congrats to A-Pro for a job well done.
I was looking for a reputable car repair shop in Langley when I noticed some good reviews of this one so I took my car in and had some needed repair work done.
After, when I inspected my vehicle, I saw that the driver-side floor mat was blackened with greasy black boot-marks and there was more dirty grease on the door’s arm-rest. The service lady seemed embarrassed and blamed ‘summer help’ for the mess. To her credit, over the weekend, she had the mat thoroughly cleaned.
After parking my car at home, I found a loose bolt that had fallen out. When I returned to ask about this I was told that the tech had ‘lost’ this bolt, and replaced it with a different one. “That’s why it's a different colour” she said.
I had asked to have my brakes assessed. I was given a quote based on their opinion that front pads being at only 10% with, according to them, both rotors needing replacement; rear brakes OK at 25%.
By this time I was not feeling confident with this place, so I drove to my old shop in Surrey where I got quite a different assessment. They showed me that front AND rear pads were
I switched to A-Pro a few years ago after moving to Langley and reading these online reviews. They’ve given me honest estimates and have always delivered on time, on or below budget and with excellent workmanship.Since the staff are so nice, I actually enjoy getting my oil changed now. ???? I won’t trust my vehicles to anyone else and have no hesitation in asking you to give them a try. Kudos to the entire team!
