(September 28, 2017, 4:02 pm)The care and attention everyone in the office took with my Mom was fantastic! And no high pressure sales. From the hearing test, explaining the results, waiting a few weeks until she was ready to decide that she would get hearing aids, then getting them fitted, making sure she was comfortable taking them on and off, and ensuring that she had the best possible start to her new life with hearing aids - I couldn't recommend them more highly!
