Kirmac Collision & Autoglass - Langley

Great staff and an even better quality of work!

After contacting several ICBC collision repair accredited companies, Kirmac Collision and Autoglass was the only company that was willing to assess my vehicle and provided me a courtesy vehicle the same day I requested their service. The only critiques are that the courtesy vehicle had substantial amount of damage and that when my car was picked up 2 days later, it had a lot of white reside/soap, dried on it; which looked like it was it wasn't rinsed sufficiently. Nonetheless, I appreciated their effort to provide me services more steadfastly then other ICBC collision repair accredited companies, in the area.

Very happy with the overall experience at Kirmac Langley. Only took a couple days and my impala looks great plus was detailed and washed which was a nice touch. The front bumper was replaced and the new one comes OEM non painted but they did a good job painting it, it looks completely seamless with the rest of the car. The loaner car was a 2017 camry which was fine it had a backup camera and bluetooth and I picked up at returned it directly to Kirmac. Overall I'd say the process couldn't have gone much smoother, thanks guys.

I normally don’t write reviews but I’ve been to a few shops just recently and I had the best customer service at Kirmac Langley forsure! Shane was fantastic! I asked to speak to the manager right away because I was having a frustrating day before I arrived. After I spoke to him, he gave me my estimate as soon as he could, provided me with a courtesy car, even helped me carry some personally belongings out of my vehicle. He was very polite and helpful, I will be sure to come back! Thank you Kirmac Langley!
