Safeway Langley Fraser Crossing

This location was clean, organized and well lit. Safeway usually carries more unique food items which is why I like going there. I went later at night about 2030 so the store was nearing closing time. Having said the the majority of fresh bakery items were sold or put away and the deli counter was vacant of employees. I found what I needed in short order, I was looking for some unique drinks (and dog food) that I know only a few food stores carry. However, I realized upon checkout that there was only 1 cashier and zero support staff. The cashier even admitted they were low on employees once her line was wrapping into the isles. There was a manager or at least he looked like one that could have junped on cash to help out but he chose to hide in one of the isle. I'd return again as there is nothing wrong with the location itself just don't go if you are in a hurry, as you may have a wait depending on the time of day.

We have always had a great interaction with the staff here. Very nice group.

Staff saw me struggling with my baby. They were so incredible. One gentleman loaded the cart. Another staff member named Raymond loaded my cart. The ladies at the deli were so sweet. I refuse to shop anywhere else. I dont even care if I even pay more I never get that at superstore or Walmart. Great job you guys!

Good hours, clean, always cashiers on or self checkout. Has a Starbucks and a lotto depot. Takes back minimal amounts of bottles and cans. Also has a gas station in parking lot

The lady at the Express till made me feel like I was a burden upon her day. I was getting pop with gas coupons. I was sent to customer service where this gentleman helped me out with ease. Very polite and courteous.
