It is obvious that he cares about building a reputation for long lasting results and educating his clients to take the best care of their computers too. He actually followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the performance of my computer afterwords. Robin has also given me advice over the phone for some things, which is really helpful and time saving for me! I'm always happy with the results and recommend his work to my friends and family.
