First time using Floors Modern and we cannot be any happier! We really like Nigel, very knowledgeable, professional and nice salesman! Nigel and his team changed the floor in our bedroom from carpet to engineered hardwood, and it was done beautifully and professionally! We will definitely be contacting them again once we need more floors to be done!

Nigel was awesome. Very awesome and helped me find the right flooring but worked with my insane schedule of getting it installed. He was very communicative and no pressure. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the products and really helped me find the right thing for my place. I love supporting local New West business and will be recommending floors modern.

I visited a few flooring stores to search for the perfect vinyl plank floor. I encountered Nigel here who was helpful and fair with the quote. There was a 3 month delay between the first and second phase of install and Nigel was very patient and communicative throughout.

One of the installers they sent, Alex, was professional and meticulous. I'm very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
