New West Eyes

I just had my Vision Field test done with Kelsey. She is so friendly and awesome and really knows her job too. It was such a nice experience to have Kelsey conducting my test. She is a real keeper !!!!!

I've always dreaded the Visual Fields Test -- like many people, apparently, I'm not alone in finding it an ordeal -- but my technician (Kelsey, I think) was wonderful: understanding, sympathetic, supportive and friendly. I had a minimal wait, everything was Covid-aware, parking was easy.... simply excellent all round.

Excellent clinic. Dr. Cottle has been looking after my eyes for 5 years now.

Candice Mui, Surgical booking coordinator to Dr. Chris Pollock, recently has helped set up appointments for me. She has performed extraordinary patient service and coordinatonal skills. With that I like to note it down here.
