  My son enjoys going here, compared to where he was going before - there are more study time, better schedule, much better discipline :) Based on how many people come here it seems like very popular local martial arts school. I personally think that Mr. Young is very talented teacher. Besides usual training times they also organize movie nights out for no extra cost which is really cool.

  Very patient and caring masters who genuinely want to get to know you! I learned to persevere at my time at OMAC. It's close to my school and within walking distance. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

  I joined as a kid who had very little self confidence, overtime the instructors taught me how to believe in myself, lose weight and get a fighters mentality. I am now aspiring to be a police officer and still recall lessons I learned in class. This is a great school filled with great teachers and students!! 10/10 would recommend for anyone of any age to join!

  An amazing Taekwondo school; the masters and the instructors are dedicated to helping you in every step of the way in a welcoming and cool atmosphere. I did Taekwondo in here for a little more than 5 years, and the lessons that I've learned in those 5 years will definitely stay with me; and also the friendships that I've made in the process. Definitely come by and check it out!

  I'm so glad I went to practice Taekwondo at OMAC --it changed my life.
  It taught me confidence, respect and skills of life that went beyond just self-defense. The masters here are dedicated, passionate, and highly-respected professionals who go above and beyond to nurture their students into true martial artists.
  
  Thank you for everything that you've taught me. I'm so glad that Taekwondo will be with me for the rest of my life.
