(February 28, 2019, 7:19 am)Dr. Pollock is the best doctor when it comes to circumcision. His clinic has the best and most helpful staff members. A+ customer service and the best circumcision doctor in BC. Also Dr. Chang was great when it came to do the follow up with our son's circumcision. Both doctors are excellent.
(January 17, 2019, 5:59 pm)Our friends and colleagues recommended dr pollock to us for our son’s circumsicion and we are glad they did. Our baby only cried when he received anesthesia with the needle and did not react to the procedure itself at all. Dr Pollock knows what he is doing and they do a follow up as well. Highly recommend.
(August 3, 2018, 6:52 pm)I went there because Pollock Clinics were recommended to me by a work colleague... and they are the Vasectomy-Megatron in the Lower Mainland for a long time... the procedure was quick and painless (you will realize Dr. Chang is doing that so often and has great routine), the staff was beyond polite... the care package optimized and neat... I can only recommend Pollock Clinics...
(July 15, 2018, 4:03 pm)The whole procedure was very quick and relatively painless. Staff was professional and kept the mood calm and relaxing. I arrived at 9:00. In the room by 9:15. Procedure was done around 9:25 and then had my protein bar and drink while I waited and was out of there before 10:00.
Any hesitation and fears I had were overblown and all in my head. Very slight discomfort for about 3 days after but not enough to stop me from going back to work. Office type work.
(June 26, 2018, 3:10 am)Dr Chang was amazing with our little guy. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic. Our guy only cried getting the needle... that's it! Healing went great. They also give you the drs direct number in case of emergencies! Its great.
