My first time buying a guitar online won't be my last because of the exceptional customer service I received from Jenn and Paul...very accommodating and responsive to my emails, I even got a FaceTime guitar demo from Paul! Custom shop strat arrived quickly, exactly as described, professionally packaged for shipping and most importantly, sounding and playing great!!! I highly recommend this shop and can't wait to visit in person.

(November 20, 2018, 12:52 am)I'm awestruck by the service I got from Bluedog Guitars. Like the incredible instruments they sell, they are on another level entirely. Their knowledge, good advice, and sense of urgency with shipping are unparalleled. The entire experience was a pleasure, and my Webber ukulele is a joy and a work of art. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
(June 4, 2018, 3:32 pm)I recently went there with my significant other, Ian to pick up a particular Lowden...a guitar he had searched high and low for in the States. We live in the Seattle area and made the trip to Vancouver when we came across the guitar in Bluedog Guitar's online store. The guitar was even better than advertised! He held it with a credit card and we traveled there the next day. The customer service was amazing. This store is a hidden gem tucked away in an obscure industrial park. I only wish we could have spent more time there! So many guitars so little time! Paul made it easy for us to want to do business with him again and again! RUN don't walk to Bluedog for great instruments and superb customer service.
(December 27, 2017, 5:00 pm)Paul has a remarkable number of high end guitars. Jen just kept bringing one after another for me to taste. She even sought my reactions so that she could refine her offers to those in my palate. I played to my heart's content.
It truly is a candy shop for guitarists.
