We love Grouse Mountain. There's always lots to do, even if you're not into skiing/snowboarding. Sunsets from the mountain are stunning.
I enjoyed every bit of time spent up there in the mountains. It's winter so I couldn't see the Grizzlies because they're hibernating. Anyone who is out to see the Bears should go at another time of the year. The tramp ride was also smooth, except that it was much slower on our way down due to wind gusts. As such they stopped taking people up the hill and people were practically turned back, so you might want to check what the wind forecasts says before heading down there.
Mountain refuge for endangered wildlife sanctuary where endangered animals can explore and play, they are safe and secure. Research, education and conservation center on the mountain. Grouse mountain resort is a great place to bring the family for a wonderful outdoor activities during both summer and winter time. The tram ride up and down the mountain is fun for all and the children get a grill from it. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly to all its guest. The view of downtown Vancouver is fantastic..
A nice ride up the mountain on the gondola to be greeted by cool wind and swirling fog. Then a fantastic experience seeing Grinder and Coola and hearing their story. So many other things to do up there but unfortunately our time was limited. Next time in Vancouver we will make sure to spend more time up on Grouse Mountain.
