I was new to hypno-therapy and she calmly walked me through the steps and I was quickly attuned and getting results in 1 session (I hadn't been that relaxed in weeks). We delved into some deep places in our following sessions and it helped shed some fears and ground me as I was in the final stages of my pregnancy.
