I have to say that I had a great experience at this location! I'm new to BC and Melanie Carey was extremely helpful with getting my vehicle insured and taken care of. She even contacted me afterwards with information I had requested about getting my insurance history to ICBC which she didn't need to do. The second time I stopped in to update my address again Melanie served me and was very helpful. I've now visited this locations a few times and never experienced bad service. Special thanks to Melanie for going the extra mile!

I was looking for a specific license plate number and called around a dozen autoplan brokers before getting to this one. A very polite lady named "Bonita" answered (hoped I spelt the name right). I asked if she had the available number, she told me she'd take a look. I could hear her ruffling thru their stack of plates. She finally returned and said she had that number, the very last plate! She said she could hold onto it for me and I could come down anytime. Some autoplan brokers really do to the extra mile to help people that aren't even their regular customers! THANK YOU!
