Malkin Cleaners

I called Malkin Cleaners for a restoration emergency when our fridge was leaking (actually flooding). I called on a Sunday morning and in about an hour Nigel (the owner) was at our house fixing the leak. While I was waiting for him to arrive I received a call from Ryan, the Project Manager, who told me his crew would be out the next day with the dehumidifying equipment and that he would coordinate all the emergency work that we needed done. Not only has he been an absolute pleasure to deal with, but he is even taking care of all the communication with our insurance agency. He has also sent out various contractors to quote on the repair work (all of whom have been very professional). I couldn't be happier with Malkin including their General Contractor, Frank, and all the crews that have been at our house (they are such lovely workmen as well - extremely polite and no swearing which is rare in my experience). I should also note that we had another flood and at 12:30 am Nigel happily came over and stopped that leak too!
