I just had the most amazing customer service from the owner(s) at Samco! While shopping for a new lamp they noticed the bottom of my lamp had a missing wheel and needed to be tightened up, they promptly fixed my broken down lamp wheel at no cost, and all this with a friendly smile :) this will definitely be my go to place for beauty supplies!

I would reccomend this beauty supply to any barber, hair dresser, esthetics specialist or makeup artist from the most seasoned professional to the new up and commer trying to establish themselves into one of the trades. Not only do they have excellent customer service and a wide selection of bramds and supplies but they remember you're name and build a personal relationship with their customers. They will walk with you through the store and give a break down of any of the equiptment you may have questions about with an honest description. They wont upsell a product just because it costs more they will tell you the best product for the results you desire. Hands down the best beauty supply in the lower mainland.
