  Spent 30 mins filling in forms for a home insurance quote. They said they would have a price in a week, but they never got back to me.
  
  Update: 22 Nov 2018 - A nice lady named Anne called me and was very apologetic as to the service that they provided, which I appreciated, so I updated the review to 3 stars. She promised to personally call me next year with a better deal on my insurance. If that happens, will update to 5 stars.

  I would recommend Peiman, as he helped me to save more money and was so patient for 2 hours transaction. Awesome customer service!

Their prices are competitive, and their service is excellent. In particular Ann, our broker, is professional yet courteous and personable.
