(November 8, 2017, 1:14 am)Went into Sally's for the first time this morning. Was greeted with an extremely nice, knowledgeable sales women who helped me to get exactly what I needed. Took the time to explain each step and dumbed it down for me so I understood. Left feeling confident and was told to call anytime if I stumbled or forgot anything in the process for my hair care.
Ok just want to update...had a great first experience...but have been going in repeatedly the last month and a half and have had very bad advice from “Janice”. Not once have the products done what she has advised!!! Very unhappy with this experience.
