I found a company that can fix appliances! My washing machine was not working properly. It appeared the timer was malfunctioning. The problem with this is the replacement part is out of production and unavailable. The technician started ‘thinking outside the box’ and did more investigation and found the lid switch was broken. The switch was replaced and the washing machine is working great again! I am very pleased with the company’s service, the technician’s knowledge and technical skills. This repair saved me a lot of money and inconvenience. Had the technician not looked beyond the obvious I would be replacing my machine. In addition to the great service this repair has a one year warranty! Unheard of these days. I am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! THANK YOU T.C.L.M Applianese

Fantastic service. Technician arrived promptly and was able to assess the problem provide me the information I needed to get it sorted out. I found them after they had fixed my dad's dishwasher the week before, again very professional and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend, and would use them again in the future.
