I've only been dealing with this location for a short while but have been very impressed with the level of customer service. Recently a slight error was made and they went above and beyond to make it right. Couldn't ask for anything more. So refreshing to have such quality service!
Very happy with service received on recent brakes for front and back, plus oil change. Staff were helpful and received ride to work at 8 AM and then back to shop after work. Thanks for advantage points as well. On time and on schedule!
I'd went to WC Mazda even though there is a dealership 5 mins away from my home. I'd met Anthony who was down to earth to talk to but also was very professional. After doing all my research, I'd told Anthony all that I needed from him was to get an agreeable price on a 2018 Mazda3 GT. I knew what I'd wanted and how much I was willing to pay including all fees and taxes (excluding licensing fee). In less than 30 mins, Anthony and I had an agreement to which both of us were happy with. On the day of delivery, I'd met Juli (Fin. Service Manager) who was pleasant and easy going like Anthony. She was informative on the other services (extended warranties...) the dealership or Mazda offer but was not pushy when I'd declined. There was a little disagreement on an unexpected fee (I assume all fees were included on the final price) on the final contract but Anthony and Juli corrected the misunderstanding quickly and without the "attitude" I was expecting from past experiences with other dealerships. Overall, I'd enjoyed my interaction at WC Mazda. From start to finish, it took less than 2 hours of my time to get my new car. I would come back if I decide to get another Mazda and take the 35 min drive from home just to get this kind of excellent service.
Helped a friend with getting a car from here and we got helped by Jean. My friend was really happy with the service provided and is really happy with his CX-5. I did get some parts for my Mazda from here and the parts got ordered quickly with no hassle. Even if you don't buy from them, I recommend that you chat with them. In fact I have 2 other friends that got their 3's from here.
I had a great experience at West Coast Mazda on Tuesday. There was no waiting at the service counter, and when I was processed we were driven to a local restaurant for brunch. When we arrived back at the dealership again great service in getting us on our way with no fuss.
