I mostly deal with Sylvia but all the staff I have interacted with front and back have been great. Most of the items have been in stock but when they weren't, usually arrived earlier than expected. Just got a Monaco tub that is beautiful and a Duravit toilet and soft close lid. Couldn't be happier.
