Canada Post

Ive never had any issues at this post office. Sometimes it can get very busy and there is a line up, but its not a big post officer. The main girl that works there, C*****, sometimes has to work by herself with alot of parcels to go through and not always easy to put a smile on your face when dealing with sometimes not so pleasant customers. I thank her for all the times she has helped me.

Mostly friendly staff. Except for Sa*** at the post office. Canadapost as a business is a s*it of a service. She made a mistake not insuring my parcel by default (she said no until I told her it was on Can post website).

Right after I saw it not insured in the parking lot, I called Canadapost customer service as well as the go to the counter, they both can't do anything because the package is processed despite it being in the office in the back, so thanks to a mistake of the clerk, if my package gets lost, I'm screwed my money.

Called customer service again, all they can do is file a complaint. Talk about BS.

I'd still give 4 stars just cause all the other staff are very friendly and polite.

Always nice to deal with the workers here! Sometimes there can be a line, but that's to be expected in any smaller post office.
