I really wanted to love this place. Service was extremely friendly and the man in charge of art framing took his time to help me pick the very best option to frame a piece I brought in. I came in on Dec 5 or 6 and they told me it would take around 2 weeks, more or less, but that it would def be finished before christmas. Christmas came and went and I called them on Dec 29 only to be told that our frame had been finished days ago. It would have been more professional to give us a call when it was ready instead of having us wait around. I would still go back and I'm happy to support family owned businesses. I will just keep in mind that things may fall between the cracks once in a while.

Everyone that works here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and makes sure to acknowledge everyone in the store. They are very patient and passionate about giving tipa to beginners, making you feel comfortable with your upcoming project you've never tried. Very inspirational place for getting ideas of which media to use.
