Delicious. Fried. Chicken.
Fryday serves massive portions of fried chicken which delicious Korean sauces and flavours. The Original fried chicken is puffy yet firm, with a delectable breading surrounding it. The sauce that was under the sweet and sour chicken had a rich flavour that really carried through the centre of the chicken. The interior of the restaurant is nice with many wood accents. The service was quick. And the hours are nice and late.
I'll be stopping by for a hot chicken bite sometime soon.
Pretty good food. Overall nice atmosphere. It wasn't busy and was a prime time. The flavors were on point however. Really nice fried chicken however it was very hard to eat as we were only given chopsticks, and most the chicken were bone in.
The best fried chicken in vancouver! They use very good quality chicken with highly skilled way of frying..Me and my husband are totally addicted to it..fried chicken with frosted glass of Sharpe beer! Hmmmm~ who can say no to that! However, I hope they have a bit more variety of side dishes..other than that just perfect place to enjoy savory taste of chicken.
Came here for late night dinner and it did not disappoint! If you're in the mood for authentic korean fried chicken, then you've come to the right place. They simply do fried chicken right. We ordered the Pa-Dak and Soy Chicken. Both were so tasty. The chicken is super juicy and soft. The price is reasonable as well. With half orders of chicken around $14. I will definitely be returning to try some other options soon.
I have mixed feelings.
I can't deny it's some of the most juicy chicken I've had .. this being said the wings have an aftertaste that just didn't sit well. Also I ordered the ebo I think it was called and man that was some delicious juicy chicken. This being said I ordered a side of fries to share (the menu says 6$.. so I assumed it would be BIG) .... there was 22 fries. . . I counted.
Granted when I got the bill they charged me 2$ so I felt better but I ordered what the menu had on it and somehow got something else? But they are some of the best fries I've had.
Now, if the food was good why 3 stars?
The service.... so we sat for 20 minutes with a menu before the guy came and took our order... the server was on his phone and not in the job. . The cook was good the server was not.
Also, just so you know, you get up to the counter to pay he won't bring you a bill or anything. We found that out the hard way.
Give it a try .
