I've been a customer of JP Hyundai since 2007 and happily highly them (same with Hyundai while we're at it.).
Both the vehicles I purchsed were simple, no pressure, no BS transactions. Everything was as discussed with no hidden costs or surprises. I cannot say the same about other dealerships I cross-shopped at.
When it comes to their services department, this is where they shine. They truly respect their and value their customers. Pricing is fair and service has always been above and beyond. I also appreciate the follow-up phone calls that come after every service to ensure quality service.

I want to praise the staff members of service dept of Jim Pattison Hyundai Coquitlam, in particular Service Manager Kevin Yu for their courteous and excellent service. I made an appointment to bring my SUV in for service last week but had to travel overseas at the last minute so my father took the car in for service instead. My father who is 76 years old had difficulty finding Hyundai Coquitlam and so he was late by one hour, but Kevin took him in and looked at the car anyways. My father, a retired mechanic himself, who does not speak English fluently, explained about the leak in the transmission and Kevin and the rest of service dept staff took the time to listen patiently, find the problem and explain about what repairs will be done to my father. Although I bought my SUV at another dealer (I used to live in another city), I will definitely get my vehicle serviced at Hyundai Coquitlam from now on. I also plan to purchase my next vehicle at Hyundai Coquitlam!
I want to express my appreciation to Service Manger Kevin, Advisor Tommy and the rest of the crew at JP Hyundai. I have had some simple yet nevertheless challenges with specifics with my Tucson windows that resulted in myself coming a number of times. At all times, I was addressed in professional and personal manner with smiles by both Kevin and Tommy.
