Great tech! I have hired him to work on several pianos at the shop. He change the sound and touch of our Steinway in a way that was unimaginable for me. Yonathan has special tools made for Steinway pianos which made it easier for him to adjust the strings and pins on the bridge. We bought a grand piano from Mr. Torn a few months ago. Everything was perfectly planned and executed including delivery, custom setup, initial tuning and follow up. The instrument is in a great shape and performs better than at initial audition at his shop. The beautiful quality of sound I enjoy now on my piano is due to his expertise and also speaks well of the quality of materials used. Mr. Torn is an outstanding tuner who is rare to find in North America, with a versatile classical educational background from the best Soviet school in St. Petersburg.
