My washer started to make a lot of noise during the spin cycle. Called Tri City Appliance, read lots of positive reviews. I called, the gentleman that answered the phone asked questions about the washer, washer's model number ( he was able to help locate number over the phone.) He told me that a tech will be there at 1: 00pm. Alex arrived on time, polite, had put booties on and went to work assessing the problem. Because of he earlier questions. Alex advised that the belt was warn, but did not need immediate replacing. Alex was honest ( which I appreciate, no hard sales) Alex had the right part, and replaced the belt ( since machine was opened, I decided to go ahead with replacement) and ran a couple of cycles to ensure fit, balance etc... I was happy with the quick/ prompt/ professional service. Alex stayed to make sure everything worked. I would recommend this company and Alex for your appliance

I highly recommend Serge and Alex as they provided very prompt, knowledgeable and careful service when repairing my mom's 23 year old fridge. It was no longer cold, had really iced up and was very noisy.
After briefly discussing if it was even possible to fix the old fridge, Serge and Alex arrived with the required parts. They were able to install these parts and fix the fridge in one timely visit. My mom is so happy as she does not need to buy a new fridge, and the repair cost was very reasonable. Thanks Serge and Alex for your friendly and professional work!

Our dryer died suddenly the other night, called these guys and Alex came out the next day. He was right on time. Very professional taking time to explain the cause of the issue. Within 20 minutes he had our dryer up and running again. Would absolutely recommend giving Tri City Appliances a call for any of your appliance repair needs. Thanks again Alex!

Very happy with the service we received from Serge. He called back right and was able to find a time that worked for our schedule. He quickly determined the problem with our dryer and because he'd asked for the model number before arriving, had the needed part on hand. His service fee was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Serge.

Top-notch service! Was having issues with my dishwasher. Serge and Alex came the next day, diagnosed the problem, and found a small leak I didn't even notice.
