(February 18, 2017, 10:53 pm)Dr. Thom was very professional, personable, and actually listened to my concerns. Getting a comprehensive exam is entirely worth the cost, and they will take the time to explain what they are looking for and what they have found. I also updated my prescription at the time of the exam, and have had no issues with the new lenses. The desk staff were also quite friendly and made the effort to also listen and chit chat while waiting. In short, if you want excellent service with reliable results, go here! (In regards to the other review, complaining about cost, the extra 5 % - 10 % is entirely worth it if you value your vision and want a competent doctor. I use my eyes everyday; why would I gamble with my vision?)
