I looked everywhere for my washroom mosaic and i stumbled upon this store and was so Happy i Finally found a great selection to choose from!! I ended up buying my kitchen backsplash as well....Roop was helping me throughout the process and I'm so Thankful for her she was Super helpful and was really nice and offered excellent customer service! I had no issues returning the product I didn't use which was nice since other places I checked out were final sale...i do recommend planning out what you need not leaving it to last minute since they do have things stored in 2 warehouses one of which is far away so it might take a day or two to bring it to their Richmond warehouse which is conveniently down the street ... I definitely recommend this place if you're doing renos since they have everything you need and you'll find designs that others don't carry at a competitive price and is Great quality!

So so. The owner of the store will communicate with you in a timely fashion. Very impressive! Because the amount of the time saving. Of course, left the store quickly without checking out anything. However, there are some good looking wood flooring.
