I must say that these guys take service seriously. I brought them a worn machine that needed a lot of work, and the machine I got back now runs like a top. Even when an issue with one of the seals came up the next day James got me looked after on the spot, then called to follow up the next day to make sure everything was working perfect.
Overall really impressed with Bravo and I will be purchasing all my espresso related stuff through this shop.
