Irene is the catalyst that most people need (but don't know it!) when they are embarking on a career change or transition. After feeling that I wanted to make a change and not knowing where to start, I found Irene’s website and gave her a call. Months later, I couldn’t be happier with the result. Through our five sessions together, Irene captured a clear picture of who I am, what I’m looking for and the steps I need to take to make change happen. I found that this is not a process that anyone can easily do on their own. Her professional expertise was exactly what I needed to understand how I could make the change and her coaching helped me to feel that I could really do it. Due to her high level of experience, I came away with much more knowledge and awareness of communication, networking and career fields than I had imagined. She also taught me tools that I will continue to use into my new career. I recommend her to friends contemplating a change and to anyone looking for a guide to situate them and cheer them on to a happier, more fulfilling career path.

As a psychologist, I have used Irene as a main referral source when my clients reach a point of considering a career change. My experience has been that clients have been very satisfied with their work with her and have come to career decisions with which they have been very happy. I highly recommend her services as a career counselor, particularly for young professionals looking to make a change.
