Called them and had the technician showed up in 1 hour, got our server fixed and router config within 2 hours. Very professional, they offer us the re cabling work next week to clean up all the mess that we got in here for years. They can build us the new PC and provide us new printer & toner at a very good deal too. With stick with them to try out more services that offer.
