While on holiday and staying in a Steveston, I saw Janice 5 times over two weeks for acute lower back pain management and treatment. I am thrilled to be pain free and ready to ease back into my exercise routine. I feel more educated about what I need to do to strengthen my deep abdominals/core and I was provided with a progression of exercises and stretches that will be part of my daily wellness and injury prevention practice. Janice was super professional and understanding, especially in regards to my nervousness about IMS therapy. I am a believer now! I highly recommend Janice.

I have no hesitation in recommending Empower Physiotherapy to anyone who is in need of physiotherapy treatment. It is extremely clean and the staff are totally professionally, whilst at the same time very friendly. In particular i must mention Janice Lee who over 3 treatment sessions has employed active listening and targeted questions to ascertain the probable cause of my injury and pin point the actual location in my body. At all times Janice kept me informed as to why and what she was doing, even with modalities i was unfamiliar with, she put me at ease. Overall this is a great office with welcoming staff, and knowledgeable physiotherapists whom I would recommend to everybody. The laid back, clean, and professional atmosphere has made attending this clinic akin to going out to coffee with friends.
