Flying Chicken

Chicken was solid. Crispy but not overly breaded or like burnt to hardness. Moist inside, not greasy. They inject marinade or something into it. Had cumin and original, the cumin had a strong smell but mellow taste that melted into the chicken.

The rice cake was probably best I've had anywhere. It's like perfectly cooked. Soft and not rubbery but enough that you chew but can bite through. Sauce was not too spicy but sweet, with bean curd and cabbage and cheese and egg ?.

Yam fries were crispy outside and light and fluffy inside. Lightly salted. Thin so they don't get soggy but not so small that its insubstantial. Probably best yam fries I've had.

Ordered honey garlic to go, it was good, same as cumin, strong smell, subtle taste. Sort of a light sauce drizzle, very honey-ey, light on the garlic.

To start with the most important for fried chicken place the chicken is phenomenal, truly delicious and strongly recommended. The fries however are pretty bare bones and lack anything that makes them stand out. Service was also a little slow, but very pleasant. Overall good experience and would recommend you give it a try

Quickly became one of my go-to places! Lots of fried chicken places around town but this place definitely trumps them all. The chicken is not as greasy as the other place but it's super crispy. Food is always served hot, you can tell it's freshly made. I've tried most of the other items on the menu as well and all up to par for a picky eater ? lots of alcoholic drink choices as well, new cocktails not served at other places in town!

Came in out of town; looking for a place to eat with my gf. Had a friend suggest this place and was skeptical at first as I consider myself a type of fried chicken enthusiast. I could honestly say it was one of the best fried chicken places we have been to. We got the cumin and spicy flavors. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming. 11/10 would go again
