We have been equally impressed by the professional calibre of their experienced carpet layers. The quality of materials is top notch and their personalized attention to customer service sets the bar high: when a manufacturer's flaw was discovered after a carpet installation, the carpet was promptly replaced. We highly recommend them.

Island Carpets installed the carpet in two buildings. Everything was done on time, on budget, and the carpet looks fantastic. I was especially impressed with the excellent service from Steve Montgomery, the Project Manager.
