Brought my BMW in for repair. They were very proactive in identifying that the issue was a warantee issue that could be covered by BMW and rather than just going ahead and doing the work, they proactively reached out to BMW to confirm coverage and arranged to have the car towed to the dealer. They definitely went the extra mile to ensure that I had the best solution for me, which avoided a very costly repair bill. Very happy and can wholeheartedly recommend Juan's.

I think these guys are pretty fair. If they say you have an issue with your car you can always take it somewhere else to get the code checked. But their rate is reasonable compared to dealer estimates. Overall I give them a very good score based on service, explanation and costs.
