Quick delivery and friendly service. The three segment desk is a heavy duty, very sturdy, and has almost no wobble (this takes some adjustments as not all floors are even). Have had it for two months now. The control box that controls the height has 4 programmable buttons and when you first press them after a long period of non use, nothing happens. On the second push, the mechanism wakes up and the desk moves into the saved position. This seems to be some type of software wake up function, which is my only complaint and could be improved.

I found Motion Grey while searching for standing desks in the Vancouver, BC area. The desks seemed reasonably priced, and good reviews so I decided to order one. About a week later I ended up calling the customer support line to check on my order, and happily realized I was able to pick it up in person, instead of waiting for shipping to arrive.

I picked up the "standard" size desk and got to meet the founder Alex, during my pickup. Upon taking the table top out of the box, I realized the large size is really what I wanted and Alex happily let swap out my existing table top for a large. Alex was also kind enough to pre-drill the holes for me which made screwing the table top to the frame easy for me to do without an electric drill.

For those of you considering purchasing a desk, I highly recommend going for a large over the standard. The large size is actually what most people are looking for and the desk that is in all of their photos. Furthermore, the large size makes it possible to unscrew the legs from the desk while transporting, whereas the standard size won't let you do this due to the fact that the middle beam covers up the screw holes.

Color-wise, I went with the black color - which actually isn't as black is it looks in the photos. There is a nice wood color to the table top which makes this much better than your standard black desk.

To summarize, I am happy with my purchase, and with the service from the Motion Grey, and would strongly urge anyone considering making a purchase to look into the large size instead of the standard size.
