After we had the door completed we had several phone calls asking if we were satisfied and if we had any questions we should just call them. I would say that is great customer service.

Gave me a discount promotion that I didn't know about and didn't ask for. They called me before hand and tracked the job to the very end.
(June 7, 2018, 3:50 pm)The price was fair and competitive with other companies. The materials and workmanship are excellent. (the shingles are reinforced with fiberglass; GAF Lifetime Roofing System) The lifetime warranty backed by a large reputable company like Home Depot - gives me confidence in the product. The installers finished in 2 days (had to work around some rainy weather). The cleanup around the property was good and the installers were very nice to deal with.
(May 16, 2018, 5:22 pm)Purchased a new front door through them (via Home Depot's installation services). I'm happy with the results. The door looks great, workmanship was solid, and the installer was very professional and helpful.
