(January 14, 2018, 6:05 pm)Came here for a massage. My masseuse was very good with a nice firm hand that worked out the kinks. Great service and friendly staff.
The low rating is because this spa needs a renovation. If you've been to spas in hotels, like Absolute Spa or Willow Stream, this is definitely not in the same category. They have outgrown their space and are in dire need of a new change area for their clients.
(October 11, 2017, 3:44 pm)Comfortable environment. Great services offered here. My favorite are any of the facial or pedicure services offered here. Dependant on timing they can offer you a sushi lunch. They serve specialty teas and chocolate to each guest.
