The front counter people here are professional and helpful. While they are very busy and can come accross cold or too business like, they have always taken the time to kindly and patiently answer mu questions, amd have even come up with very good alternative products to my projects.

Great showroom gave me lots of ideas. Staff were quick and efficient. They had the parts we wanted in stock.
